NOW HIRING: KITCHEN MANAGER / LINE COOK

We’re looking for a  dependable Kitchen Manager / Line Cook to join our small hometown restaurant team!

We need someone who can help  keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently , while making sure our food, workspace, and daily operations meet  health department and food-safety requirements .

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and working the line during service
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Making sure all health department and food-safety requirements are followed
• Checking off truck deliveries and verifying orders
• Making sure all supplies and deliveries are properly stored and put away
• Keeping inventory and kitchen supplies organized
• Helping with food prep and cooking as needed
• Working as a team and helping wherever needed
• Maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional work environment

We’re looking for someone with:

• Kitchen or line-cook experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Dependability and reliability
• A  good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• The ability to stay calm and productive in a busy kitchen
