What You'll Do

As a HomeWell Caregiver, you'll help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most—their own home.

Responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and meaningful conversation

Preparing light meals and assisting with light housekeeping

Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Assisting with mobility and medication reminders

Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities

Encouraging independence while delivering compassionate, personalized care

What We're Looking For

We're searching for dependable, compassionate individuals who genuinely enjoy serving others.

Preferred qualifications include:

CNA or HHA certification preferred

Prior experience working with seniors is preferred but no experience necessary. We provide all training.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable transportation

Valid driver's license and auto insurance if transporting clients

Current TB test (or willingness to obtain one)

Ability to perform the physical duties of caregiving

Caring, dependable, professional, and punctual

Ability to successfully pass a state-required criminal background check
