Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)
BridgeBio Pharma
BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as an embedded strategic resource, leveraging data and AI-enabled tools to execute talent initiatives and support business objectives. This contract role is based hybrid in the San Francisco or Palo Alto area.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to design and implement talent strategy aligned with business needs
- Utilize data and AI tools to identify high-impact recruitment and hiring initiatives
- Execute sourcing and go-to-market strategies for key organizational priorities
- Transition focus from transactional hiring tasks to strategic talent planning and advisory
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy
- Proficiency with recruiting systems such as Greenhouse and HRIS platforms like Workday
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven talent initiatives
- Strong partnership and communication skills with business leadership
- Familiarity with sourcing methodologies and go-to-market hiring approaches
