Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

(re-location may be necessary for fastest promotion to management but is not required)

Affordable Home Furnishings is looking for a motivated leader to join our Fast Track Store Manager program. This position is designed for individuals with retail, sales, or rent-to-own experience who want to grow into a Store Manager role.

You'll learn every part of the business—from sales and collections to inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily operations—while working directly with experienced managers.

What You'll Do

• Learn all aspects of store operations
• Lead by example in sales and customer service
• Extensive work in managing customer accounts and collections
• Train and motivate team members
• Set up and maintain showroom displays
• Monitor inventory and merchandise flow
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations when needed
• Help recruit, coach, and develop employees
• Work toward managing your own store location

What We're Looking For

• Retail management experience preferred
• Sales experience required
• Collections or account management experience preferred
• Rent-to-own experience is a major plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to assist with lifting and moving furniture and appliances daily
