Job Requirements and Essential Functions
- High School Diploma or GED - 2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment - Strong preference for internal promote - Must be at least 21 years old - Must pass background check - Must have reliable transportation As a Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager, you must take ownership in the operations of the store by providing leadership, training and consistent decision-making skills while taking the initiative to recruit dedicated staff and generate increased sales/profits at the store. If you want to build a great career, Taco Bell is the place to learn, grow and succeed! You are applying for a position with KC Bell Inc, a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp.
