Senior Level All-Source Analyst (MILCAP)Castalia Systems is seeking a Senior Level All-Source Analyst (MILCAP) to use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country's ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.Roles and Responsibilities A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:Provide production that study complexity of adversarial systems.Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the MILCAP problem set with a specific focus on developments and trends.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degreeExperience analyzing and breaking down complex systemsExperience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environmentsAbility to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefingsPreferred Qualifications3+ years as an all-source military capabilities analystKnowledge of conventional weapon systemsKnowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standardsKnowledge of the INDOPACOM AORTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphPhysical Requirements/Work EnvironmentNormal office environment.TravelAs requiredCompany Description Castalia Systems is a proven business partner providing mission critical solutions to the Federal Government. Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $145,000.00 to $150,000.00 (annualized USD).
