The Opportunity

As a Training & Development Intern, you will work directly alongside one of the most respected SAFE Act educators in the country, supporting the administrative and creative functions of our in-house mortgage licensing and sales training program. You do not need a background in finance or mortgage to succeed here, you just need to be organized, eager to learn, and ready to contribute in a professional, fast-paced environment.

This position begins as a full-time summer role with the potential to continue on a part-time basis beyond the summer for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and revamping of training materials for our sales team, including formatting, printing, and laminating physical resources
• Update and maintain our internal website with current training data, resources, and program content
• Provide administrative support to our NMLS Trainer and licensing education program
• Assist with scheduling, document organization, and material preparation for training sessions
• Maintain accurate records and support candidate tracking throughout the licensing process
• Communicate professionally with internal staff and training candidates

What We Are Looking For

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Self-starter who takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged
• Comfortable working with basic office equipment and learning new internal systems — full training will be provided
• Genuine interest in learning the mortgage industry from the inside
• Prior office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

• $15.00 per hour
• Ideally Full-time Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the summer, with potential to continue part-time within those same core hours
