Restaurant Shift Manager

Job Description Location: University Parkway, Orem, Utah. We are seeking hourly restaurant Shift Leaders to lead the team to success in a fast‑paced, fast‑casual environment, creating the “Ultimate Burger Experience” for our guests. Assist the Management Team in verifying daily taste and temperature, opening/closing, and training standards are maintained; supervising daily restaurant operations and team with a focus on product quality and enhancing the guest experience. Oversee and maintain cleanliness and condition of the restaurant to a high standard. Utilize POS and handle cash. Uphold compliance with all employment policies. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure its condition and food quality are up to standard. Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to keep team members and guests safe. Participate in training and development of key team members. Understand, supervise and practice safe food handling procedures. Live our core values every day. Essential Physical Requirements Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, pulling. 8‑hour workday: standing/walking up to 8 hours. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Exposure to FDA‑approved cleaning chemicals. Exposure to temperatures 90°F. Movements: bending, twisting, squatting, reaching. Education High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
