Senior Business Analyst, IT Operations Location: Remote (must reside within US) Preferred: Reston, VA (hybrid or remote)Ready to Make a Difference?ICF is seeking a Business Analyst for our Centralized Operations, Analytics and Technology (COAT) group to support ICF's Sightline. In this role, you will work with product managers, technical architects, developers, and clients to define and organize business requirements for our data-driven platform supporting energy efficiency and clean energy programs, with a focus on translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.This involves partnering closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment across teams while maintaining clear and up-to-date product documentation.This is a role for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and really dive into the details. Successful candidates will be resourceful, self-motivated, and possess exceptional attention to detail. The work requires a true team player who is excited to work on several projects across multiple clients and is comfortable working within technical teams and understanding data concepts without needing to perform hands-on development or data engineering work.Candidates should be comfortable working on a software product development team following a scrum development methodology. Candidates should appreciate a collaborative environment but be highly independent and driven to follow-up on tasks without prompting.
