Overview Location: 25101 Cleveland Rd, South Bend, IN 46628, United States. Base Pay: $18.52 / year. Other Compensation: $2 shift premium. Employee Type: Regular Full Time. Manage Others: No. Key Responsibilities Pick, count, and deliver component parts and tooling to weld stations or Kanban areas. Enter accurate transactions into the ERP system to maintain real-time inventory. Move, label, and organize materials (WIP, purchased, and subcontracted parts). Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely; perform daily inspections. Maintain clean, labeled storage areas and consolidate containers for efficiency. Assist with inventory counts and adjustments as trained. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience. Forklift certification required; turret truck/picker experience preferred. Proficient in ERP systems and basic computer applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
