Quality Control Supervisor

Scismic is supporting the growth of a company seeking a QC Supervisor to lead laboratory activities supporting raw material, in-process, and final product testing. This role oversees day-to-day QC operations, ensures timely and compliant test execution, and fosters a strong culture of quality, safety, and accountability. What You’ll Do Plan and manage QC testing to meet production timelines and regulatory expectation Lead, coach, and develop a team of QC analysts while promoting safe lab practices Review and approve QC documentation and support continuous improvement efforts Partner cross-functionally to resolve technical issues, reduce deviations, and drive on-time results Support audits, investigations, and corrective actions as needed What You Bring Hands-on experience in GMP laboratory environments Working knowledge of LIMS, quality systems, and lab instrumentation Strong leadership, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret data, troubleshoot assays, and make sound quality decisions Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Scismic
