Location Requirement Must reside in the Atlanta metro / North Georgia area and be within driving distance of Alpharetta, GA. Job Description Unlike a generic analytics role, this position partners with our Facilities Engineering team, focused on maintaining buildings and critical equipment. Experience with maintenance data, building systems, or facilities operations is a big plus. Responsibilities Connect and integrate data sources, develop calculations, and publish dashboards in Tableau Server. Manage Tableau content, including user permissions at folder and workbook levels. Design and build advanced Tableau visualizations using complex calculations, including Level of Detail (LOD) expressions. Partner with departmental leaders to develop and maintain customized analytical dashboards. Support the creation and communication of insights to internal and external stakeholders. Assist leadership in delivering financial and operational updates using key performance metrics and benchmarking data. Contribute to the development of operational metrics and benchmarks to drive performance optimization. Prepare materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings, including presentations and reporting packages. Build, enhance, and maintain operating and financial models and analytical reports. Conduct industry-specific research, with a focus on hospitality trends and performance drivers. Provide ad hoc analytical support based on business needs. Support implementation and deployment of business intelligence tools and platforms. Assist with database engineering efforts, including development within SQL and Snowflake environments. Perform additional duties as needed to support overall business objectives. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of analytical experience in a business, finance, or data-focused role. Experience with SQL and Snowflake preferred. Analyze data related to facilities operations and maintenance (assets, work orders, building systems) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Familiarity with facilities engineering or energy-related concepts is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong communication skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders.
