Internal Medicine Physician
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $272,300 $371,300 DOE
- Performance bonus: Up to $32,000 annually
- Sign-on bonus available
- Loan repayment eligible (FQHC program)
- Generous PTO: 46 weeks + 9 paid holidays
- $5,000 CME allowance annually
- $5,000 board certification bonus

Practice Highlights
- Outpatient-only practice no inpatient call
- Flexible schedule: 410 or 58 options
- Patient volume: 2022 patients per day

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a panel of primary care patients and provide comprehensive care
- Treat acute conditions, chronic diseases, and preventive health needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Help improve patient outcomes and quality of care
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active California Physician & Surgeon License (or ability to obtain)
- BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
