Overview:This NYC-based Sales Enablement team supports JLL's leasing brokers in winning new business by:Partnering with sellers to shape the story, build content, and translate key themes into engaging visual narrativesProject managing proposals and pitches — presentations, pitches, interviews, and moreOperating as the team's platform experts, identifying and enforcing best practices across pursuitsResponsibilitiesTechnical SkillsDevelops and leads strategy for winning pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentationsExecutes pursuits end to end — securing the right resources, meeting deadlines, and holding quality control to the highest standardRuns due diligence and competitive analysis for new and existing pursuits, including research, analytics, and data collectionTracks industry trends and competitive activity, and translates them into pursuit strategyMaintains the team's library of pitches, marketing collateral, case studies, broker bios, and practice-area materialContinuously finds new ways to improve pitch and proposal qualityAI & Innovation: proven ability to implement and continuously optimize work product — deliverables, presentations, systems, and processes — using current technologyTracks, measures, and reports performance metrics — win rate, trends, insights — across all BD activityMaintains deep working knowledge of JLL's teams, subject-matter experts, and service line offeringsDrives technology adoption across the teamPartners closely with leadership, operations, research, marketing, graphic design, communications, and technologyOwns and scales standard operating processes so the team can absorb growing workflow demandComfortable with light design work in PowerPoint and InDesignInterpersonal CompetenciesComposure and professionalism under pressureAbility to operate across a large, matrixed group of stakeholders simultaneouslyDemonstrated leadership presence and behaviorsCoaches, trains, and develops team membersDrives continuous process improvementTakes a proactive approach when faced with challengesHigh energy, creativity, and a bias toward value-add resultsExperienceBachelor's degree or higher7+ years of relevant experience (real estate, architecture, construction, engineering, consulting, legal, or a comparably fast-paced, client-facing environment)This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
