Associate Teacher

Bright Horizons is seeking an Associate Teacher to support high-quality early education in our employer-sponsored child care centers. In this role, you’ll assist lead teachers in creating engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that nurture each child’s curiosity, growth, and well-being. You’ll help maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, support daily routines, and build positive relationships with children and families. Working in our caring, mission-driven culture, you’ll collaborate with colleagues, participate in ongoing training, and gain professional development while making a meaningful impact on working families.
