Your responsibilities: Coordinates and monitor office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met on a daily basis Plan, coordinate, and motivate the efforts of staff towards the specific objectives in the office Collaborate with directors and supervisors to continuously improve office performance Coordinate and oversee the completion of special projects as needed Answer telephones/direct calls Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted Manage outflow of calls to current or prospective clients/customers Telephone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers Run reports as needed Provide clerical support to supervisors and director Perform other duties as assigned Run reports as assigned Your qualifications: Must be proficient in Excel Organizational Skills Able to multitask proficently Goal Oriented Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $36,000 – $46,000 per year Bonus Opportunities Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Vacation Paid Maternity & Paternity Leave Growth & Advancement Opportunities Job Type: Full time position #J-18808-Ljbffr HomeStar Remodeling
