Facility: Cancer Center Building Location: Sioux Falls, SD Address: 1309 W 17th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00 Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to infusion patients. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize patient needs and practice demands. The RN may also encounter emergent patient care situations, requiring critical thinking and prompt assessment. Responsibilities include conducting age‑related patient assessments, scheduling tests and interventions per provider orders, and utilizing professional nursing standards across the patient age continuum. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN practice aligns with the Nurse Practice Act and state administrative rules. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Graduate from an accredited nursing program (e.g., AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Current unencumbered RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or multistate licensure under the Nurse Licensure Compact. Obtains and maintains required department‑specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.
