Lead Environmental Planner

Leading environmental assessment and permitting services, the full-time Lead Environmental Planner will manage multi-discipline workflows and ensure quality deliverables for clients in various sectors, working remotely or in hybrid settings from locations including Seattle, Redmond, Bend, Portland, or Boise. Key responsibilities Leading and reviewing NEPA, SEPA, and CEQA environmental documents Developing environmental compliance strategies and preparing related documentation Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets while mentoring early career environmental planners Required qualifications BS degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field Minimum of eight (8) years of post-education work experience Experience in developing environmental documentation for NEPA, SEPA, CEQA, EFSC, and/or EFSEC compliance Proven ability to complete environmental permit applications and supporting analyses Valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel
