We are a community healthcare organization located on the picturesque island of Kauai, Hawaii, often referred to as the Garden Island. We are looking to expand our dedicated team by welcoming an additional Board-Certified Urologist. This position presents an excellent chance for those interested in a practice centered around community care, with the potential for substantial surgical activity due to the current shortage of full-time urology services on the island.

• Engage in a comprehensive urology practice focusing on essential procedures.
• Work 3-4 days in the clinic alongside 1 dedicated operating room day each week, with opportunities to increase case volume.
• No on-call duties required.
• Attractive compensation package starting at $575,000, including base salary, productivity incentives, and quality bonuses.
• Receive a sign-on bonus along with a relocation bonus of up to $20,000.
