Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Location: Shrewsbury, PA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift (36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours).

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing quality patient care in an outpatient setting. Experience in orthopedic care is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Deliver therapy interventions and support rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a caseload with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Double-book follow-up visits as necessary to accommodate patient needs.
• Ensure that any overtime hours are approved by the director before being worked.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic care is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
