Customer Care Agent

Summary: The Customer Care Agent is responsible for assisting customers in scheduling service, answering questions pertaining to their vehicle, checking recalls, and updating customer information. The Customer Care Agent will handle incoming calls, emails, and have face-to-face interaction with Customers in our Service Department as well as fellow employees.

Duties and Responsibilities: The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

• Answer all telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the callers inquiry.
• Confirm incoming web appointment requests.
• Contact online inquiries in a timely manner.
• Utilize manifest lists to contact customers due for maintenance and/or recalls.
• Maintain appointment confirmations, missed appointments, and cancellations.
• Contact and Schedule customers for Special Order Parts.
• Update Customer Profile Information.
• Assisting Customers in the Service Department when checking out.
• Assisting Customers with pulling their vehicle into the lane, or around for pick-up.
• Maintaining Customer Relationships with great Customer Service.
• Perform all duties as assigned by any member of management.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards outlined in the employee handbook
• Perform other duties as assigned

Ability to withstand prolonged periods of computer usage and/or data entry.
