Systems Analyst

Senior Systems AnalystFidelity's Corporate Technology Group is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our team supporting our Real Estate initiatives. This person will be responsible for collaborating with key partners (both business and tech) to understand, design, implement and maintain the systems and processes that enable our strategic objectives, including: Dynamic Working, Smart Buildings/Workplace, Internet of Things (IoT) enablement.The Core Manage Real estate squad is part CTG CAEC Product Area which is responsible for managing many of the enterprise technology platforms and solutions. The Core Manage Real Estate vision is to provide a smart workplace model with modern applications and systems that encourages associates, businesses, and customers to thrive.The Skills You Bring:Proficiency in conducting a methodical evaluation of system capabilities relative to business needsAbility to identify and assess technology solutions, noting both the technical and operational (people/process) dependenciesAbility to articulate both business and technical needs as functional and non-functional user storiesDemonstrated history of supporting complex data integrations between SaaS solutionsExcellent listening, communication (verbal and written), influencing, and presentation skillsExperience with Oracle/SQL for data validationExperience with coordinating and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Foundational knowledge of hardware for IoT and devices, AWS services (EC2), and/or experience with vendor managed systems are a plusThe Value You Deliver:You are a self-starter with a strong level of engagementYou serve as a supporting subject matter expert to provide timely, pertinent information to other members of the squad and/or business partnersYou provide insightful guidance/recommendations based on analyses to facilitate/influence decision-making processes and technology strategyYou develop artifacts that support efficient and effective solution delivery, ex.
