Job Summary:

As a LPN at Haven Place, you'll work closely with our experienced healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing basic nursing care to ensure our residents receive the best possible care. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in care planning, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a culture of excellence and compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed by physicians and nurse practitioners
• Perform vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Provide basic nursing care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, toileting, and transferring
• Participate in care planning and development of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatments
