Job Description

Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate and become the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect products for their needs! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with product selection, and ensure our store remains organized, inviting, and well-stocked.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide advice on gift selection.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves, and organize inventory to ensure easy access for shoppers
Support store organization through stocking, inventory management, and ensuring products are properly labeled
Apply knowledge of retail work experience to educate customers about our store and the vendors and their products.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Proven retail sales experience with familiarity in POS systems, cashiering, and retail math
Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and merchandising displays effectively
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
