What You’ll Be Doing Cost Accounting & Reporting Maintain and analyze product, labor, and operational costs Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cost accounting activities Conduct variance analysis and explain key drivers impacting profitability Support inventory valuation, reconciliations, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Financial Analysis & Business Support Analyze profitability across products, projects, and business segments Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Build financial models to support business decisions and investments Deliver meaningful insights to improve margins and reduce costs Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams Help identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Support inventory management and cycle count activities Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis Systems & Process Improvement Enhance reporting processes and improve data accuracy Create dashboards and management reports Support ERP systems and reporting tools Participate in audit preparation and documentation What We’re Looking For Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 3-7 years of Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, or Financial Analysis experience CPA or CMA designation (or progress toward certification) is a plus Technical Skills Strong understanding of: Standard Costing Variance Analysis Budgeting & Forecasting Financial Reporting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with ERP systems preferred Power BI and data analytics experience is a plus Success In This Role Means Delivering accurate and timely cost reporting Providing actionable insights that improve profitability Becoming a trusted business partner to operations and leadership Driving efficiencies through better reporting and financial analysis Helping the organization make smarter, data-driven decisions Why Consider This Opportunity?
