Job Title: Concrete Laborer
Job Description:
The Concrete laborer will assist site preparation, concrete pours, and end-of-day cleanup while working with minimal supervision. This role combines hands-on concrete labor with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that forms, tools, and work areas are properly set up, maintained, and cleaned to support high-quality commercial and industrial concrete projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare job sites each day by organizing tools, materials, and equipment needed for concrete work.
Set up concrete forms and related materials according to project specifications and safety standards.
Assist with and oversee concrete pours to ensure proper placement, compaction, and finishing.
Perform concrete finishing tasks, including the use of power trowels and hand tools, as needed.
Clean and maintain concrete forms, tools, and equipment after each use.
Handle all end-of-day cleanup, including removal of debris and organizing materials for the next workday.
Work independently on site with limited supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Collaborate with a concrete crew of approximately 5–7 people to complete commercial and industrial projects efficiently.
Monitor work areas to maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout the project.
Follow all site-specific safety procedures and construction best practices during setup, pouring, finishing, and cleanup.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
