Center Manager in Training - Relocation Required

Senior Operations Management Trainee (Senior OMT) Senior Operations Management Trainee (Senior OMT) – An advanced leadership development program at BioLife Plasma Services that trains participants to manage plasma centers across the country. Trainees travel extensively and are mentored by experienced leaders, culminating in a Plasma Center Operations Manager position. Responsibilities Lead a 6‑month intensive training program and complete a 12‑month period to obtain a Plasma Center Manager role. Develop and manage a high‑volume plasma collection facility through hands‑on experience and mentorship. Build and maintain a positive team culture, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, recruit, and support staff development. Network across BioLife centers, building relationships with senior leaders and positioning for accelerated career growth. Support operational processes, conduct management training, solve problems, and communicate effectively with senior management. Deliver exceptional donor experience, contribute to production processes, and promote safety standards. Travel up to 90‑100% of the time, returning home every other weekend. Required Qualifications Relocation required upon completion of the Trainee Program; candidates may select desired location. 3‑5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports). Ability to walk/stand for entire shift and perform physical tasks such as leaning, bending, stooping, crouching, reaching above shoulders, kneeling, and lifting up to 5 lbs (occasionally 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs). Valid driver’s license for the duration of the program. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Capable of prolonged glove wear for 90% of tasks due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1). Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree. Experience with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and FDA regulations. Experience in a highly regulated or high‑volume retail environment. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, technical, and leadership skills. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $80,000 – $110,000.
