Software DeveloperBuild and maintain full-stack web applications using Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly) and ASP.NET CoreDesign and implement RESTful APIs, background services, and data access layers using.NET 8+ and Entity Framework CoreWrite and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure code quality and prevent regressionsDeploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications hosted on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Storage, etc.)Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance using GitHub ActionsCollaborate with product, design, and fellow engineers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint ceremoniesContribute to technical documentation and help establish team standards and best practicesInvestigate and resolve production issues, balancing speed with long-term code healthRequired: 0-3 years of professional software development experience. Bachelors or Associates degree in Computer ScienceStrong communication skills and the ability to pair with colleagues to gain relevant experienceProficiency with a modern programming language (python, c#, java, Go, etc)Front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScriptFamiliarity with relational databasesNice to have: Experience with GitHub Actions or CI/CD workflowsFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration basicsExposure to messaging systems (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ)Experience with identity and access management (Azure AD / Entra ID, OAuth/OIDC)Understanding of clean architecture, CQRS, or domain-driven design patternsAny Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-204, etc.)Integrity is one of the nation's leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
