Position Summary MultiCare Mary Bridge Children's Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to join our well‑established, thriving, and comprehensive practice in Tacoma, Washington. Mary Bridge is an advanced regional care and referral center serving more than 13 referring hospitals over nine counties and is backed by fully staffed services 24/7. The hospital supports a Level IV NICU, PICU, trauma service, and a full complement of pediatric subspecialties. Requirements Board certified/eligible at time of employment Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay scale is $244,736.00 – $270,716.00 USD, influenced by skill set, experience, certifications, and education.
