Registered Nurse (RN) supporting Mental Health at Salmon Creek

Join our growing Mental Health team as a full time Triage RN and make a meaningful impact on patient care! Location Mount Vista (Salmon Creek area) Schedule Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Compensation Hiring range is between $37.65-$47.20 /hour, and placement in the range is based on an evaluation of experience. Responsibilities phone triage, confirm patients meet criteria for psychiatric evaluation and care based on established guidelines/previous assessments, identify patients requiring external therapy/resources and connect with appropriate community services/alternative options, scheduling with psychiatrists, advocate for patient’s well‑being. Requirements Active unencumbered Washington RN license Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required . Current AHA Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required. Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.
