Type of Position: Full time; Hours 8:00 AM -5:00 PM M-F; Occasional evening/weekend work may be required – Some travel may be requiredGeneral SummaryThis position requires a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail. Must not share any information regarding clients with anyone in family, friends, spouse, public, etc. Assist with the daily operations of the department and perform other duties as assigned.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Must have excellent customer service, accuracy and problem-solving abilitiesAdministration of debit cards and safe deposit boxesAccounts payable and supply orderingACH and wire processing and proper maintenance of customer accountsBalancing internal accountsProcess daily mailAdministration of online banking A2A, P2PCoordinate and maintain written operational procedures and policiesJob descriptions and work assignments are subject to change as business needs and conditions require. Supervisors may assign job duties and tasks not listed in description at any time. Department Heads and members of the Management Team may also make additional job assignments.
