QA/QC Manager

QA/QC Manager, Data Centre Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes within our data centre operations. This role is critical in ensuring that all projects and operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality management, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, technical environment. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards for data centre projects and operations. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality-related issues. Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to quality standards. Prepare and present detailed quality reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance and control best practices. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements to continuously improve QA/QC processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a QA/QC management role, preferably within the data centre or construction industry. Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in quality management software and tools. Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is highly desirable. Day-to-Day Oversee and manage quality assurance and control activities across all data centre operations. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Review project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports, to verify accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions. Facilitate regular meetings with project teams to discuss quality performance and improvement strategies. Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions for reporting and compliance purposes.
