Pacific Northwest Infrastructure Division Leader

Job Description We are seeking a forward‑thinking Pacific Northwest Division Manager to join our Infrastructure team. This role will sit in the Redmond, WA office and lead all aspects of our business in Washington and Oregon, including management of a profit and loss center, client relationship development, business growth, staff management, and project delivery. Job Responsibilities Strategy : Serve as a senior leader of the company in the Pacific Northwest and the West regional leadership team. Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm and lead the division consistently with the overall Infrastructure Strategic Plan. Growth : Develop, lead, and execute on the Pacific Northwest strategic growth plans, maintain client satisfaction, strengthen client relationships, achieve sales goals, and support win work activities. Operations : Lead on the annual business plan, budget, forecast, and oversee financial performance, including cash flow, billings, and collections. People : Retain, develop, and reward a high‑performing team, recruit new talent, and ensure leaders embody Atlas values. Project Delivery : Promote a culture of strong project management and delivery, manage overall project performance, serve as Principal‑in‑Charge on key projects, and partner with PMs. Safety : Drive a safety‑first culture, meet health & safety metrics, and resolve safety issues. Required Experience Experience leading a business operation in the Pacific Northwest within the engineering‑construction industry with revenue of at least $50M per year. Deep client service/sales experience, including client relationships in the Pacific Northwest. Strategic planning experience. Proven ability to lead and grow a business at a high growth rate. Proven people leadership and talent development. Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, delegate, and multitask. Outgoing, self‑starter with sales orientation, optimism, and drive. Strong collaborator, creative thinker, and problem solver to navigate project delivery challenges. BSCE or MSCE preferred; 18 years minimum professional experience required. Willing to accept another degree with more experience if the candidate has demonstrated leadership experience. Experience with integrating companies and private equity ownership is a plus. Other Qualities Ability to travel 20% of the time. About the Job Employment Type: Full‑time Compensation $230,000 - $285,000 annually. The salary range displayed is in accordance with the state’s law. Agreed upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
