CDL-A Dry Van Driver

Pay Weekly pay $1,350 to $1,450, paid every Friday by direct deposit. Extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during first weeks. Home Time Home every weekend with a 48‑hour reset. Monday through Friday schedule with Saturday and Sunday off, allowing drivers to better plan personal time week to week. Freight and Routes Regional no‑touch freight, 50% drop and hook. Runners are responsible for operational route flow and consistent miles with weekday scheduling. Runs cover the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. Roughly half of all freight is drop and hook to reduce dock delays. All freight is no‑touch, allowing drivers to stay focused on driving and trip flow. Equipment and Vehicle Your truck: Late‑model 2021‑2024 Freightliner Cascadia assigned to each CDL‑A driver. Features include no slip seating, double bunks, SiriusXM, 24‑inch HD TV, refrigerator, battery‑powered APU, and 1,500‑watt inverter. Climate‑controlled sleeper, entertainment systems, refrigeration, and power for personal electronics come standard. Benefits Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance. Delta Dental coverage and 401(k) with company matching after 60 days. Paid vacation and holidays once established. Family Friendly Rider program for passengers 13 and older at minimal weekly cost. Dogs of any breed or size welcome at no charge. Requirements Valid CDL‑A license and minimum one year of documented over‑the‑road experience.
