The Job Answer inbound sales calls Quote pricing, stock and lead times Set up new accounts and/or update client information Process payments Assist our Showroom and Outside Sales Representatives with inquiries and customer service requests Provide feedback on the general functioning of the department as required and make suggestions for improvement Verify tax resale certifications Proactively recognize cross selling opportunities for discontinued or out of stock items Act as a primary point of contact for back orders, returned and/or damaged goods, facilitating customer complaints and resolving problems Key To Success Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent time management and follow up skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proactive approach to problem solving Excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail Proficient in data entry and MS Office High-school degree and minimum two years of experience in customer service, sales support and/or retail Keen interest and appreciation for luxury products and interior design Your Reward A unique corporate culture with a strong focus on employee satisfaction. 100% covered Medical Benefits Dental.
