Role Description The Luxury Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based at one of our store locations including Larchmont, San Gabriel and Walnut. This role is responsible for welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of high-end watches and jewelry while delivering a personalized, consultative experience. Day-to-day tasks include presenting product features and benefits, handling sales transactions, managing client follow-up, and maintaining accurate records for warranties and insurance-related documentation. The Luxury Client Advisor will support showroom standards, assist with merchandising displays, and collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The role also involves developing long-term client relationships through proactive communication, appointment setting, and participation in in-store events. Qualifications Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with luxury clientele. Bi-lingual (English and Chinese / Korean) is preferred Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, including professional verbal and written communication and active listening. Previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or high-end watches is highly beneficial. Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment and collaborating with a sales team. Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a professional, polished presence.
