Job Summary Carryout Specialist Company Q39, LLC Location Q39 LSMO - Lees Summit, MO 64081 Salary $7.50 per hour + Tip Pool Share Responsibilities Guest Service – Answer phones, take orders, and assist guests in person with professionalism. Order Flow – Coordinate with team and kitchen to manage phone, online, and in‑person orders accurately. Quality Standards – Follow carry‑out procedures to deliver consistent guest experiences. Teamwork – Support teammates, fill in as needed, and ensure smooth handoffs between shifts. Housekeeping – Maintain cleanliness of waiting areas, patio, and carry‑out stations. Station Readiness – Stock, prep, and close stations per Q39 procedures; report equipment or supply issues. Qualifications 1 year server experience at a full‑service restaurant. Experience with Micros POS or similar and tablet. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining service accuracy and interacting with guests and fellow team members. Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods of time during a 4–5 hour shift. Be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Demonstrate basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures and functions.
