Restaurant ManagerWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join a well-established, high volume full-service restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, creating an exceptional guest experience, and being actively involved in the day-to-day operation of a busy restaurant.Role ResponsibilitiesOversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experienceLead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and other service staffCreate and maintain high standards for hospitality, service, cleanliness, and professionalismManage staffing levels, scheduling, breaks, and daily floor coverage based on business volumeTrain new employees and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedbackHandle guest concerns and service recovery professionally and effectivelyMonitor service flow and work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure excellent communication between the front and back of the houseConduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities, specials, expectations, and operational updatesAssist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and retention of front-of-house employeesMonitor labor costs and help manage staffing to meet business needs and financial goalsEnsure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and applicable regulationsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environmentAssist with inventory, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and other operational responsibilities as neededLead by example and remain visible and engaged on the restaurant floorSupport management with special events, large parties, peak-volume periods, and other operational needsQualifications3+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant environmentStrong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standardsProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse hospitality teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong guest service and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExperience with scheduling, labor management, and staff developmentComfortable using POS systems and standard restaurant technologyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededServSafe and/or RAMP certification is a plusA genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesOur ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys being on the floor and working alongside their team.
