We believe these aspirations in support of our longer-term business strategy allow us to contribute to a future that is truly Worth Reaching For.**Position Summary**The Sr. Manager, Internal Communications is responsible for developing and executing division-wide strategic internal communications programs that support the Beer Division business strategy and foster a culture aligned with the company mission, vision, and values. The role leads employee communications strategy, channels, technology, and measurement to deliver relevant and timely information that engages, motivates, and inspires employees. This role reports to the Vice President, Communications & Brand PR - Beer.**Responsibilities*** Serve as the primary lead for the Beer Division internal communications strategy and program execution, applying best practices and leading-edge employee communication tactics.* Develop and execute results-oriented internal communications programs that help employees across functions and geographies understand division business plans, strategy, and their roles in achieving objectives.* Develop creative and impactful approaches that foster an inclusive and positive culture, strengthen employee enthusiasm and commitment, and support active engagement in driving the division strategy.* Establish processes to measure and assess the impact of internal communications and continuously improve the program.* Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal partners across Constellation divisions and Communications teammates in Rochester, Chicago, and Mexico to ensure message consistency and strategic alignment.* Provide coaching and counsel that strengthens leaders' effectiveness as communicators.* Act as a strategic communications business partner for HR, Marketing, Sales, and Legal, advising on division-wide communications such as organizational restructures and new program or initiative rollouts.* Manage outside agencies and partners in the development and execution of strategic communications programs that deliver results on time and on budget.* Handle confidential and proprietary information with the highest level of ethics and integrity.* Prioritize multiple initiatives and deadlines while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.* Five to seven years of experience in corporate communications or a related function.* Superior writing, editing, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.* Strong leadership skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence without authority.* Ability to interact effectively with leaders at all levels and serve as a strategic advisor and coach.* Strong organizational, planning, project, and time management skills.* High degree of business and financial acumen.* Ability to work independently, manage change, and develop measurable communication solutions tied to business objectives.**Preferred Qualifications*** Master's degree in communications or public relations.* Beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods industry experience.* Experience with video, digital, and emerging communication tactics.* Proven project management experience.**Physical Requirements/Work Environment*** See Physical Requirement Matrix.#LI-NW1**Location**Rochester, New York**Additional Locations**Chicago, Illinois**Job Type**Full time**Job Area**Communications**The salary range for this role is:**$113,500.00 - $177,600.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
