This team (1) drives the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, (2) collaborates closely with Business Units to capture market intelligence, customer trends, and new product introductions, and (3) influences executive-level decisions with data-driven insights and scenario planning.What You Can Expect- Drive adoption and improvement of ML based forecasting models- Analyze Market trends, backlog, bookings, point-of-sales, and etc. against historical trends to identify anomalies- Publish and monitor supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Monitor Demand plans vs. actuals to identify variance and drive actions- Ad-hoc projects that involving cross-functional teams from Finance, Sales and Product Marketing teamsWhat We're Looking ForBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain, data science, or related fields with 3-5 years of related professional Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain experience OR Master's degree with 2-3 years of experienceProficiency in MS Office suite; high proficiency in MS Excel and Power BIPreferred Qualifications:Semiconductor Industry experienceExperience in using ML models and LLM for forecastingExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExpected Base Pay Range (USD)86,780 - 130,000, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
