This position is responsible for supporting the ongoing development of Banner’s public-facing website and multiple ecommerce experiences, contributing to the success of marketing & sales initiatives and the company as a whole. The Web Quality (QA) Engineer works closely with developers across multiple IT/OT teams and with company stakeholders to ensure the web development team delivers functional, reliable work that meets business, customer, and compliance needs. The ideal candidate brings strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to positively influence customer-facing experiences. Below are some key responsibilities for the role.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the reliability and functionality of websites and web applications used in Banner's sales distribution channels, including the public-facing bannerengineering.com website and ecommerce experiences (B2C, B2B)Developing, maintaining, and executing functional test plans that analyze websites and applications across supported browsers and devicesAuthoring acceptance criteria and test casesRefining bug reports and work requests into actionable development ticketsDeveloping, maintaining, and executing regression test plans for projects and as part of regular release cycleFacilitating business acceptance and solution validation through UATCreating and maintaining user-facing and internal documentationActing as a first responder for customer-facing and internal support issues reported by technical and business end-usersDeveloping subject matter expertise for supported software platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager CMS and Spryker ecommerce platformActively participating in Scrum events (planning, standups, retrospectives) and web development team initiativesAcquiring and maintaining knowledge of Banner’s business practices, products, and customersEstablishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers and managementOther duties as assignedPay and BenefitsBanner Engineering is committed to offering competitive pay and benefits, including, but not limited to:401(k) with matchStudent Loan 401(k) match programMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance PlansHSA (Health Savings Account) with company contributionPaid Time Off (PTO)Sales and Profit Sharing EligibilityFlexible work hoursLife InsurancePaid Parental LeavePet InsuranceTuition ReimbursementBase Pay Range: $74,470 - $105,064The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position.
