Our Medical Assistants are vital members of the care team and work closely with our providers to ensure every patient receives compassionate high-quality care. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive respectful workplace where teamwork and patient experience come first.
What Youll Do
- Room patients take vitals and document in the medical record
- Assist providers during exams and procedures
- Perform fetal heart tone checks
- Set up and support non-stress tests for pregnant patients
- Deliver excellent customer service and patient education
Youll work in both our East Lansing and Mason locations rotating as needed to support clinic operations.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- 4 day workweek with10-hour shifts
- No nights weekends or holidays
- Schedules posted months in advance
- Supportive team-oriented environment
- Strong focus on patient experience and quality care
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
- RMA or CMA certification or Medical Assistant certificate/diploma from a credentialed institution
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- OB/GYN experience preferred but not required
