We value clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our on-site team in Colorado Springs, CO. The Registered Dental Hygienist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while collaborating closely with doctors and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include: Performing dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance Conducting periodontal assessments and documenting findings accurately Taking and evaluating dental radiographs Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Identifying periodontal conditions and co-diagnosing with the doctor Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records Adhering to infection control and OSHA guidelines Contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications Current Colorado Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing Strong clinical skills in preventive and periodontal therapy Excellent communication and patient education skills Ability to collaborate effectively with doctors and team members Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits Commitment to patient safety and high clinical standards Compensation & Benefits $48–$57 per hour , based on experience Full-time position Paid time off Paid holidays Continuing education support Supportive and professional team environment
