What You'll Do

Lead project delivery.

  • Direct architectural projects through all phases, from programming and concept development through construction administration.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Drive design and technical excellence.

  • Participate in design development, construction documentation, and quality control.
  • Utilize Revit to develop coordinated, accurate, and innovative design solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, client requirements, and industry standards.

Manage client relationships.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
  • Lead meetings, presentations, and project discussions with confidence and professionalism.
  • Build trusted partnerships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Coordinate teams and consultants.

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and consulting partners throughout project execution.
  • Facilitate coordination efforts to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Champion project success.

  • Identify and mitigate risks before they become obstacles.
  • Monitor project performance and implement strategic solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
What You Bring

Required qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • 10-15+ years of professional architectural experience.
  • Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Advanced Revit proficiency and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex architectural projects.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating consultants.

Job type & location.

This is a permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and benefits.

The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00/yr. Medical, dental, vision, PTO.

Workplace type.

This is a fully onsite position in Charlotte, NC.
