- Compensation: $24/hr - $29hr (Negotiable)

- Location: On-site
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am-5 pm

Recruiter - Home Care - Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of healthcare-related experience
- Strong computer proficiency in business applications
- Excellent communication & presentation skills; able to work with diverse populations
- Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured vehicle
- Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, and relevant federal/state regulations
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective multitasking skills

- Develop expertise in company brand, services, and recruitment processes
- Execute strategies to recruit and hire qualified Personal Care Attendants
- Oversee onboarding, including background checks, training, and orientation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual hiring requirements
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and employee documentation
- Build strong candidate relationships to enhance hiring experience and retention
- Manage recruitment-related calls, inquiries, and interview scheduling
- Collaborate with team members to improve hiring workflows and coordination
- Track and support key metrics such as time-to-fill and retention rates
- Perform additional duties as needed while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
