Shape the Future of Digital Construction Quality We're looking for a BIM / VDC QAQC Manager to lead quality across our global digital delivery teams. This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring that every model, drawing, and coordination output we produce is accurate, consistent, and truly buildable. Why This Role Matters In this role, you won't just review models- you'll build and lead the systems that ensure project success before construction even begins. You'll act as the quality authority across regions, aligning teams, standards, and tools to deliver coordinated, clash-free, construction-ready models. Your work will directly reduce RFIs, minimize rework, and improve predictability across complex projects worldwide. What You'll Do Lead Global BIM QAQC Strategy Design and implement a standardized QAQC framework across all offices and projects Establish workflows, review gates, and quality benchmarks aligned with industry standards Ensure Model Quality & Constructability Oversee model audits, clash detection, and constructability reviews Ensure compliance with LOD/LOI requirements, naming conventions, and data standards Validate that models are fully coordinated and ready for construction Build Team Capability Mentor and train BIM coordinators and modelers on QAQC best practices Elevate global team performance through coaching, tools, and structured processes Drive Continuous Improvement Develop QAQC dashboards and reporting to track performance and trends Lead initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and consistency across projects Innovate with Technology Explore and implement AI, automation, and rule-based checking tools Reduce manual effort while increasing accuracy and scalability of QAQC processes What Success Looks Like Projects consistently deliver coordinated, compliant, construction-ready models Rework, clashes, and revisions are significantly reduced Teams achieve higher first-pass approval rates Leadership has clear visibility into quality metrics and performance trends QAQC becomes a scalable, standardized strength across all global offices What You Bring 7+ years of BIM/VDC experience with strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices. Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for model authoring, auditing, and clash detection. Proven experience auditing federated models for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with LOD/LOI, naming conventions, and BIM standards (ISO 19650 / BEP / EIR / CDE workflows preferred). Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of building and enforcing QA/QC frameworks, checklists, and reporting dashboards across multiple teams or offices. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach modelers and collaborate with project managers, leads, and field teams across global, multi-office environments. Compensation and featured benefits The pay for this position is $100,000– $130,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen) Dental and vision insurance.
