Opportunity Highlights This position is located in Millington, TN The hours for this position will be on the first shift, 5AM-1:30PM, Monday-Friday. Pay rate for this position is $19.06 per hour, paid weekly! Forklift, backhoe, and track hoe experience is strongly preferred What will you do? Make an impact! As a Solids Consolidation Operator at Tradebe, your role in Area 217 involves overseeing the movement and transfer of outgoing shipments at the designated plant for off-site disposal. This is more than just a heavy equipment operator role—you’ll also pitch in across the plant, helping with drum handling, forklift operation, and other key support duties that keep the operation running smoothly. Key Job Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including backhoes, trackhoes, and forklifts. Perform preventive maintenance and keep equipment in safe working condition. Assist with loading and unloading drums, roll-offs, and end dumps for off-site disposal. Open, process, and label waste materials in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow standard operating procedures with minimal supervision. Support area compliance and safety efforts, including documentation and reporting. Cross-train in other departments to support solidification and stabilization processes. Help out with other tasks as assigned.
