Sales Representative

AMP Industrial Solutions builds temperature-controlled environments for cold storage, food & beverage, and industrial facilities across the region. Our line covers high-speed doors, dock equipment, other cold storage door types, and insulated metal panels (IMPs) - so we spec the right product for the job instead of forcing one catalog on every project. Headquartered in Lowell, AR, we're building the go-to name for temperature-controlled environments across a 250+ mile footprint. The Role We're hiring an experienced outside sales rep to go after new business - general contractors, IMP installers, and dock/door distributors first, then plant and facility operators who need doors, dock equipment, and IMPs for their own buildings. You'll be the one knocking on doors, running the pipeline, and closing deals across a full product line under the AMP name. This will be a no-cap commission sales role, with no ceiling on what you can add to it - your pipeline, your close rate, your paycheck. What You'll Do Prospect and build relationships with GCs, IMP installers, and dock/door distributors in your territory Identify new construction and retrofit projects while dock, door, and panel specs are still open - the highest-value window to sell into Present and quote high-speed doors, dock equipment, other cold storage door lines, and insulated metal panels to fit each job Manage your pipeline in our CRM and keep your numbers current Expand into end-user plant and facility operator accounts as your territory matures What You Bring 5+ years of outside sales experience in construction, industrial, or building products A track record of hunting new business, not just managing existing accounts Comfortable with a field-heavy role - cold walk-ins, site visits, face time with GCs and facility managers Self-starter who can run a territory without someone checking in daily #J-18808-Ljbffr AMP Industrial Solutions
