Accounting Assistant (On-Site | Miami, FL)

We’re looking for a detail-driven and reliable Accounting Assistant to support our daily financial operations. Responsibilities: Process invoices, payments, and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy Support administrative and financial workflows Maintain organized and up-to-date records Assist the team with day-to-day operational tasks Important : This is an on-site role in Miami, FL . Applicants must be local and available to work in person. We do not provide relocation assistance.
