Base pay range $23.00/hr - $27.00/hr To support our rapid growth and commitment to quality care, CSLOT is seeking exceptional Behavior Technicians to join our therapy team. Successful candidates will demonstrate an understanding and passion for engaging with children/individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Successful candidates have experience teaching developmentally appropriate skills and social interactions while implementing behavior reduction protocols. Learn and master Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to provide quality and consistent therapeutic services to children. In this hourly, non‑exempt, part‑time position, you will be an integral part of the therapy team, working directly with children and families.
